First Snow

Just wanted to show off a photo I took late this morning on my phone.

This was the first snow of the year. What you see here is about an hour's worth of snow. Nothing too spectacular, just a sign that winter is here despite what the calendar says.

We're supposed to recieve more tonight. Infact here's a portion of the weather advisery that was issued earlier today:

... WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST MONDAY...

OCCASIONAL SNOW... HEAVY AT TIMES... WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS... AND INTO MONDAY MORNING WITH TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 5 TO 7 INCHES POSSIBLE.

ANY TRAVEL IS STRONGLY DISCOURAGED. IF YOU LEAVE THE SAFETY OF BEING INDOORS, YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR LIFE AT RISK....
